In order to download books after purchase, you must have ActiveX controls enabled. To enable ActiveX controls please do the following :
1. In Internet Explorer, click "Tools" on your menu.
2. Click "Internet Options".
3. On the Internet Options window, click the "Security" tab.
4. On the Security Tab page, make sure "internet" is highlighted and click "Custom Level"
5. Make sure all entries for ActiveX are enabled and click "OK"
